The daughter of two professors, I grew up in idyllic neighborhoods in the Midwest. My definition of neighborhood changed in 1998 when I got married and moved to a farm in Lancaster County, Pa. Twenty years later, there’s no place I’d rather live. In 2009, I quit my job in public relations to become a stay-at-home mom. I am a procrastinator of all things domestic and prefer to read, read about reading, and play tennis. I have a love/hate relationship with running.
